Ingredients

2 c Elbow pasta
1-2c Diced raw chicken
2 Tbs Butter
1 can Cream Chicken Soup
1 small can Evaporated Milk
1 Hidden Valley Ranch Powder
1.5 c Peas/Carrots
3 slices Swiss cheese (for sandwiches)
Tips
Nutritional info based off 5 servings.
Directions
Cook pasta about half way then drain.
Dice raw chicken into bite sized pieces.
Melt 2 Tbs butter in pot, add can of Crm Chx soup, ranch powder, evap milk, and peas/carrots.
Pour pasta in casserole dish, and place chicken scattered on top.
Lay Swiss cheese over chicken, then pour soup mixture over the top. Cover and bake at 350* for one hour.
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
