Ingredients

    half pond shrimp
    1 cup white cooking wine
    one clove of garlic,chopped
    one onion, chopped
    2tbsp I can't believe it,s not butter spray
    1 boiling bag white rice

Directions

Boil water for rice, in a large skillet add "butter", and garlic and onion cook then add white wine bring to boil and add shrimp. simmer about 3 minutes. serve over rice. You can add some fresh choppoed parsley if you like to garnish. makes four servings
