Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed(remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 250 grams
    Sweet peppers (bell), 3 medium
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped or diced
    Turmeric, ground, 1 tbsp
    *Cumin seed, 2 tbsp
    *Garam Masala, 2 tsp
    Garlic, 3 clove(remove)
    Onions, raw, 4 medium (2-1/2" dia)

Tips

use any veg you want but add them when working out daily intake grate base but be creative mix and match i often change the veg and also leave out the garam masla for a diffrent taste also chilli use as much to none if you like taste better when re heated i often cook it and freeze it then re heat it


Directions

heat oil in fry pan add cumin seeds light fry until aroma hits you
add dice chicken, onions and garlic brown off
add broccoli, dice mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes
stir and lower heat add canned tomatoe (if lots of liquis from veg add 1/2 tin
add spices simmer until cooked
