Introduction

Rich and creamy comfort food that makes a great side with fish or chicken. Rich and creamy comfort food that makes a great side with fish or chicken.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 large or 2 small heads cauliflower (cut up)
    1/4 C light sour cream
    1/4 C crumbled bacon
    1 T dijon mustard
    1 tsp worchestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp garlic powder
    dash salt & pepper
    2 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Steam cauliflower until tender. Place in a large bowl and roughly mash. In a small bowl mix sour cream, bacon, dijon, worchestershire, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix sour cream mixture into smashed cauliflower. Spoon into a baking dish. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, top with shredded cheese and continue to bake until cheese is melted.
