Ingredients

    onion- 1 med
    basil-fresh, a large bunch chopped
    oregano, fresh a large bunch chopped
    cabbage, I use a half a large cabbage
    cauliflower. 1 head
    1 can pumpkin
    water to cover
    soysauce to taste, I use a good splash
    celery seed/ or celery to taste

    I also will make it "curried" with curry spices, or a bit sweeter with garam marsalla. I will add any left over lettuce from salad, carrots, etc. tomatoes are good too!



Directions

I saute the onion in water, add all the veggis and cook until soft. NOT overdone. Puree with a want...serve with or without a protein, I add browned tempeh or white chicken for supper.a

Serving Size: makes several good big bowls full~!
