1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup water
1 cup lite soy sauce
4 tablespoons cayenne
8 tablespoons garlic powder
Tips
Left over sauce can be kept in the fridge for about a week.
Directions
Combine ingredients in a microwave safe container. Microwave for 30-40 seconds.
Stir until smooth.
You may microwave for an additional 20-30 seconds, but be careful not to burn the peanut butter.
Toss over your choice of meat, veggies, and/or grain.
Serving Size: 1 tablespoon per serving, makes 48 servings
