    12 grape tomatoes
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 whole egg
    1 egg white
    1 slice whole wheat toast
    1 tbsp almond butter
    1 tsp honey

Directions

Cook tomatoes and mushrooms in coated pan. Add eggs and scramble. Serve with toast, spread with almond butter and honey.
