Ingredients

    1)Mung beans, mature seeds, sprouted, cooked, boiled, 1 2)cup (remove)
    3)White Rice, medium grain, 3 cup (remove)
    4)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    5)Canola Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    6)Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    7)Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    8)Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    9)Turmeric, ground, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    10)Cinnamon, ground, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    11)Ground beef, lean, 600 grams (remove)

Directions

For making this food first thing you need to do is to wash the rice for 2 or 3 times with water,then pure hot water(3litre) on rice and put it on the stove for around 10-15 minutes(depends on the type of rice you have prepared), in this process you need to add enough amount of salt to the water so your rice will have some taste , after that dry the rice, the mung beans need to be prepared as well boil them with some amount of salt and turmeric until they are ready ,for the ground beef first you need to put some oil in the pan fry the onions first then add grounded beefs but make them as small balls(you can use chopped beef fot this recipe as well) and add the spices as well until they are ready. after this put one layer of rice and one layer of the beef and mung beens and again a layer of rice and then the sauce you made , enjoy your meal :)
