Ingredients

    4 medium honey crisp apples
    1/4 c Orange Juice
    2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray
    4 packet Equal packets
    1 tsp packed Brown Sugar
    40 Raisins
    1 cup hot water

Directions

Insert your slow cooker liner.
Wash and Scoop out the core from top of the apple, leaving a well. Do not cut all the way through and don't peel them. Pour the water in the bottom of the crock.
Mix the orange juice, raisins, cinnamon, Equal and brown sugar together. Spray each apple with 5 sprays of butter spray. Stuff the sugar/raisin mixture equally into each apple. Place apples in the crock Cover the cooker and cook on low for 4 - 6 hours, or until the apples are tender.
