Ingredients

    3 lb. Pork Loin Roast
    1.5 lbs. carrots, peeled, and sliced
    2.5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 can low sodium chicken broth
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. No Salt
    2 TBSP ham seasoning
    1/2 c. flour
    2 TBSP Canola oil

Directions

Season roast with No Salt and pepper, and roll into flour. Place in skillet with canola oil heated to med high heat, and braise on all sides till browned. Add chicken broth, carrots and potatoes seasoning with No Salt, pepper and ham seasoning. Place in 300 degree oven and bake for 4 hours. serves 8.
