Ingredients

    1.5 cups raw organic kale (chopped or torn into pieces)
    1/2 cup Silk Almond Milk - unsweetened vanilla
    1/2 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
    1/2 cup frozen bananas
    1/2 cup frozen mangos
    1/2 cup frozen peaches
    1/2 cup fresh pineapple
    1-2 packets Ideal Sweetener

Tips

Make sure to use a blender strong enough to tackle the tough membranes of the kale.


Directions

Blend the kale, almond milk, greek yogurt, and sweetener in a blender. Add the remaning ingredients and blend until smooth. ENJOY!
