Ingredients

    Cumin seed, 1 dash
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .25 tbsp
    Portabella Mushrooms, 75 grams
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped
    Tumeric, 1 dash
    Curry powder, 1 dash
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

Tips

You can do more or less with the spices to your taste. For those who want to add a protein, lentils are good or you can add ham, sausage or bacon.


Directions

Saute mushrooms and green peppers in pan with the olive oil. Add all the seasonings. about 7 minutes into the saute, crack both eggs over the vegetables and let fry to desired consistency.
