Ingredients

    1 lb shrimp peeled leave tail
    1 can crushed tomatoes
    1 cup white wine
    1 cup chopped onion
    4 T EVOO
    4 oz feta cheese
    chopped parsley

Tips

don't overcook the shrimp


Directions

saute onion in olive oil
then add tomatos and white wine, simmer till thickened
add shrimp until they turn pink just a few minutes
remove from heat
add crumbled feta and sprinkle with parsley
