Ingredients

2 Tbl Light/Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
3 tsp low sugar apricot or peach jam
4 Flat Out Light Spinach Wraps, Warmed
3 cups Baby Spinach Leaves
12 oz Tyson Grilled & Ready to eat Chicken Strips
1 ripe Mango, pitted, peeled and sliced 1/2 in. thick
1 ripe Avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced 1/2 in. thick
1 1/2 C Alfalfa sprouts
Tips
I omitted Jalapenos which were in the original recipe. I also reduced the amount of Mayo and changed it to a light version.
Directions
In a small bowl, stir mayonnaise, jam and jalapeņo together.
Lay wraps flat on a work area and spread them with mayonnaise mixture. Layer spinach leaves flat, down center of wraps. Top with chicken, mango, avocado and sprouts.
Roll wraps snugly, cut in half and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 4 wraps
