Ingredients

    1 1/2 C. Crushed Ice
    1 Banana, Chopped
    1 Kiwi, Peeled & Chopped
    1/2 C. Chopped Strawberries
    1/2 C. Chopped Pineapple
    2 Tbsp. Flax Seed Meal
    2 Tbsp. Wheat Germ
    1/4 C. Coconut Milk
    1 Tbsp. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes for Garnish

Directions

1. Blend the ice, banana, kiwi, strawberries, pineapple, flax seed, wheat germ, coconut milk in a blender until smooth; pour into a glass & garnish with the coconut flakes to serve.
