    1 cup + 2 Tbsp flour
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp + 1/8 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp + 1/8 tsp salt
    2 Tbsp Splenda
    2 Tbsp sugar
    1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp sugar free maple syrup
    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp water


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a large cookie sheet lightly with cooking spray; set aside.

2. In a large bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Mix well; set aside.

3. In a separate bowl, combine sugars, vanilla, syrup oil and water. Mix well.

4. Combine vanilla mixture into flour mixture and mix until combined. Form into a ball.

5. Place the ball on a piece of wax paper and place another sheet on top. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough into a graham cracker like width. Cut into squares and place on a cookie sheet.

6. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 12 crackers
