Ingredients

2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1 box of Ronzoni Garden Delights Rotini
1.5 Tbs of grated parmesean
1 Head of broccoli, chopped fine
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped into small pieces
3/4 jar of Classico basil pesto
Salt
Coarse ground pepper
Garlic powder
Directions
Season chicken pieces with salt, coarse pepper, garlic powder and grated parmesean and cook in a skillet on high until desired browness and cooked through. Set aside.
Chop broccoli into fine pieces (to blend well into the pasta). Steam until a bit tender and then throw in chopped bell pepper. Steam until tender. Set aside.
Cook pasta as directed. Drain and rinse.
Put pasta into large bowl, toss in chicken and vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss in pesto sauce and mix until well blended.
Serving Size: Approx 11 1 cup servings
