Ingredients

    20 oz. pkg ground turkey (93% lean), browned & drained
    1 medium onion, chopped (or dried, minced to taste)
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can "Ro-Tel" tomatoes
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can Progresso Minestrone soup
    1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Vegetable Soup Mix
    Seasonings to taste:
    Bay Leaves
    Oregano
    Parsley
    Garlic Powder
    Pepper


Directions

Brown turkey with onion; drain off any grease. Mix all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low for 4-8 hours to thoroughly blend flavors.

Makes about 8 1-cup servings

Low sodium canned goods can be used to lower the sodium content of the soup.

Garnish with shredded cheese, if desired.
