Ingredients

Half a box of barilla plus elbow macaroni (almost 2 cups)
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 tbsp light mayo
3 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 roma tomato, chopped
ground black pepper, to taste
4 slices center cut bacon, chopped
Directions
Cook pasta as directed.
Cook the bacon.
While pasta and bacon are cooking, chop tomato, bell peppers, onion, and tomato.
Let bacon cool and chop.
Rinse pasta under cool water once cooked.
Combine everything with mayo and yogurt and stir. Enjoy!
Serving Size: Makes 7 1 cup (roughly) servings
