Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey
    2 tsp taco seasoning
    1/2 medium yellow onion
    1 can drained yellow corn
    1 can crushed tomato
    2 cups minute rice

Tips

optional ideas to serve with this is shredded cheese and sour cream however I do not serve it usually this way and it is not added in the nutritional values.


Directions

1. brown ground turkey and onions in large frying pan
2. once the turkey is browned than you will add the crushed tomatoes, can of drained corn, and taco seasoning.
3. prepare the 2 cups of minute rice.
4 when rice is done than add the rice to the ground turkey mixture and blend well.

Serving Size: makes 8 1 cup servings
