Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Onions chopped 1/2 cup,
    Red Peppers 1/3 cup
    Green Bell Peppers 1/3 cup, chopped
    Yellow Bell Peppers 1/3 cup, chopped
    Beef Strips Fajita, .87lb
    Old El Paso Fajita Seasoning Mix 3 tsp
    1/4 cup Water
    6 Wheat Tortillas (Not included in caloric intake
    Reduced Fat Sour Cream (Not included in caloric intake) *Optional

Directions

In large skillet, add beef strips, all peppers, onions, water & seasoning mix.
Stir to coat all meat & veggies with seasoning mix.
On medium heat, cook till meat is done(not pink when cut) and veggies are tender.

Seasoning sauce will thicken and you can add 1/4 more water to stir fry, if you like the sauce on your fajita.
