Ingredients

    8 boneless pork chops
    1/2 onion
    3 cloves garlic
20 oz can NO SALT ADDED tomato paste
14 oz can NO SALT/LOW SODIUM chicken broth
    1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
    4-5 capfuls liquid smoke
    ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

Spray pan with Pam. Brown boneless pork chop, add a little chicken broth if needed (After they have browned, I simmer mine in a little chicken broth to keep them moist while I finish the barbeque sauce. I then add the sauce to the same pan the chops are simmering in)

While pork chops are cooking, begin sauce:
Drizzle a little chicken broth into pan. let the onions sweat, but not brown. Add minced garlic and saute. Add tomato paste and enough chicken broth to thin out tomato paste (add a little at a time until you reach a consistency you like). Add balsamic vinegar and liquid smoke. Then add ground black pepper to your taste
