Ingredients

    1/2 c. Chicken Broth,
    2 tsp. Honey
    1 tbsp. vegetable Oil
    1/4 c. Flour
    2/3 c. Balsamic Vinegar
    1 1/2 tbsp. Butter, unsalted
    4 6 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 tbsp. Shallots, chopped
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp fresh Pepper, black
    chopped Parsley

Directions

Combine broth, vinegar, and honey. Melt butter and oil in large skillet. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in four, shake off excess. Heat oil and butter for 2 minutes or until butter turns golden brown. Add chicken to pan; cook 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove chicken from pan; keep warm. Add shallots, saute 30 second. Add the broth mixture. Bring to a boil and cook until reduced to 1/2 cup. Serve sauce over chicken. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
