Introduction

I came up with this as a way to get rid of leftover beer. Every now and then I get a craving for beer, but I can't finish a six pack before it gets skunky. Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1/4 tsp salt
    1 bottle or can of beer
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tbsp butter, softened
    4 c white whole wheat flour
    4 scoops protein powder (optional)
    1 packet yeast

Directions

Load into bread machine per machine's instructions and run the dough cycle. Divide in two and place in two greased loaf pans or divide into 24, roll into balls and place into greased muffin tins or casserole. Cover with moistened towel and let rise in a warm place until double, about an hour. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 24 rolls/slices of bread (2 loaves of bread)
