Ingredients

    1 c cabbage, shredded
    1/2 c celery, thinly sliced
    1/2 medium tomato, chopped
    1/4 c cucumber, chopped
    3 tbsp onion, chopped
    1 tbsp mayo
    2 tsp Siracha Sace, or to taste
    1 tsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    salt to taste

Tips

Refrigerate for less time for crunchier veggies
Add slivered almonds, jalapenos, or other fresh veggies


Directions

Wisk together mayo, hot sauce, soy sauce, and lemon juice in large mixing bowl
Add all remaining ingredients, toss to coat
Add salt to taste
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour
