Ingredients

    1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
    1 serving whey protein
    Invite Health Reds Hx or other "red powder"
    1/2 cup frozen strawberries
    Several ice cubes
    Dash vanilla
    Sweetner

Directions

Add about 5 ice cubes, a dash of vanilla, and sweetner, then blend in Vita Mix. Additional ingredients: ground flax seed, walnuts or other nuts, parsley, other fruit. One tbsp. of heavy cream enhances creaminess.

Serving Size: Fills 20 oz glass
