Ingredients

    1/2 cup Old Fashion Oats
    1 Cup water
    1/3 Cup chopped apple
    1/4 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    2 Packets of No Calorie Sweetener
    2 TBSP Plain Greek Yogurt
    1 1/2 TBSP Sugar Free Syrup
    1 tsp Graham Cracker Crumbs


Directions

Place chopped apples, vanilla, 1 No calorie sweetener packet, and 1/4 tsp cinnamon in a bowl and toss and let marinate.

Combine water and oats and cook over medium heat.

Meanwhile saute apples until tender.

Combine yogurt and 1 TBSP of sugar free syrup and mix well.

Once oats are done mix in 1 no calorie sweetener and 1/4 tsp of cinnamon. Top with apples, then yogurt mixture. Sprinkle with crumbs and then top with 1/2 TBSP syrup.
