    Ground beef, 16 oz
    *Chopped Green Chili Peppers-small can
    Chili powder, .5 tsp
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Flour Tortillas, 8 small tortillas
    Oregano, ground, .5 tsp
    Ground Cumin- .25 tsp
    La Victoria Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, Mild, 8 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves minced
    Hormel Chili with Beans, 1 can


Butter one side of tortilla and place in skillet on medium heat. slightly brown tortilla, turn over and spoon beef mixture and cheese into tortilla. Fold tortilla in half. Brown both sides. Top with salsa and sour cream.


Serving Size: makes 8 quesadillas
Break up ground beef in skillet
Add onion, Jalapeno, garlic, and spices
Brown and drain Ground Beef and return to skillet
add can of hormel chili and green chilis
