Ingredients

    8 oz. Pom Wonderful Pomegranate juice
    8 oz. Cold tap water
    2 Cups frozen, mixed berries (unsweetened)
    1 Cup chopped Kale
    1 Tablespoon Lingonberry or other jam/jelly
    1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth

Serving Size: makes 2 11/2-cup servings.
