    1 24oz Jar of Marinara/Pasta Sauce
    1 14.5oz Can of Diced Tomatoes (no salt added)
    1 8oz Can of Tomato Sauce
    1 4oz Can of Mushrooms (Drained Weight)
    1t Dried Basil
    3/4t Ground Thyme
    1 Medium Red Bell Pepper
    2C Diced Zucchini (about 1 small-medium)
    2lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
    4 cloves Garlic (or 2t Minced Garlic)


Works great served over pasta, quinoa, or rice of choice.


1. Slice/Shred Chicken Breast
2. Dice Zucchini and Red Pepper
3. Add all ingredients to slow-cooker and stir together
4. Cook for 6-7 hours on low heat (or 3-4 hours on high)

Serving Size: Makes about 8 1 cup servings
