Ingredients

    1 bunch of asparagus (appx 15 pieces)
    several small mushrooms
    1.5 fl oz red wine
    2 Tbsp EVOO (can be reduced!)
    Garlic

Directions

Steam asparagus until half-way done
Heat oil and wine, 1 clove garlic and salt (if desired)
Add asparagus, sautee. Add mushrooms mid-way and sautee until done.
