Ingredients


    2 cups old fashioned oats
    2 cups pumpkin puree
    1/2 cup honey melted
    2 tbsp flax meal w 1/3 cup water
    1/2 cup almond butter
    2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    3/4 cup pumpkin seeds
    1/2 cup sesame seeds
    3/4 cup sunflower seeds
    3/4 cup raisins
    1 cups dark chocolate mini chips
    1 cup coconut flakes unsweetened

Tips

The varieties of this granola bar are endless!! Add craisins, almonds, peanut butter and banana.....


Directions

Mix well. Line 9x13 pan with parchment paper. Press into pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack using parchment 'sling' to remove from pan. Cool further in fridge before cutting.
