Ingredients

1 Tsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbs. Onion, chopped
1/4 Cup Southwestern Style Eggbeaters
1 Tbs. Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
1 Slc. Fat Free Cheese, american or cheddar
1 Soft Flour Tortilla
1 Tbs. Thick & Chunky Salsa
Tips
If you like a slightly crunchy shell the tortilla can be heated in the skillet instead of microwaving. Just remove your egg mixture after it is done and lay the tortilla in skillet and put the egg mix on top and add the cheese & salsa. Cook on low heat till cheese starts to melt.
Directions
Add olive oil and onion to skillet and saute onions to desired tenderness. Add eggbeaters to onions, sprinkle bacon bits on top and cook on low to medium heat turning mixture omelet style until done. On a microwaveable plate lay tortilla, cooked egg mix, cheese, and salsa microwave for 30 seconds or until cheese melts slightly.
