Ingredients

    1 cup unsweetened apple juice
    1/2 cup lemon juice (Meyer lemons if possible)
    2 tbs ginger juice
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup of baby spinach


Tips

I usually pour it into a glass jar and stick it in the fridge for about 45 minutes.


Directions

This recipe uses fresh juice. It's best to use organic produce. I also add some of the apple pulp and zest from the lemon.

Add all the juice, pulp, zest and spinach into a blender and liquify.

Best enjoyed chilled.

Serving Size: Makes one 2 cup serving
