Ingredients

    1 medium onion
    3 tbsp butter
    4-6 portabellas chopped
    2 tsp minced garlic
philly chopped steak (I used the one from Aldis)
2 packages (12 oz) frozen broccoli
    2 tbsp corn starch
    2 cup water
2 tbsp beef soup stock concentrate
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

melt butter in a good sized skillet (an electric skillet works great for this!), chop the onion and and portabellas and let them saute. Sprinkle with a little sea salt and crushed pepper. once it's cooked down about 3/4 add the garlic (so it doesn't burn) and the box of chopped steak. Cook the steak until done and then add the packages of broccoli to steam. Cover until the broccoli is good and tender. In a cup or bowl add together and mix the corn starch, concentrated beef stock and water. Add beef stock mix to the skillet and let cook for about 3 minutes to thicken then add rice (I used the "microwave in 90 seconds kind) let everything heat through and serve!!
