Ingredients

    1/2 large bannana
    1/4 cup plain whole rolled oats
    1 cup frozen berry mix
    3/4 cup light soy milk (plain)

Tips

I add the oatmeal first to the blender to make sure it gets ground enough.


Directions

Put everything in blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy :)
