Ingredients

    4 Rice Paper Wrappers
    15 Grams Rice Vermicelli
    1/8 C Bean Sprouts
    Butter Lettuce Leaves (4-6 leaves)
    1 Green Onion, cut into three equal parts
    1/8 C Shredded or Matchstick Carrots
    1/4 C Red Pepper Strips
    2 Tbsp Olde Cape Cod Sesame/Soy/Ginger Dressing or other asian flavored dipping sauce

Directions

Put vermicelli in a bowl, cover with boiling water. Drain after 2-3 minutes. Using one rice paper at a time, soak for 15-30 seconds in warm water, until soft and pliable. Lay the paper on a plate, layer your fillings in the middle of the wrap. Put colorful ingredients on the outside, so they show through when wrapped. To wrap, fold one end over the filling and roll once, thel fold in sides, and finish rolling. Serve with dipping sauce.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Serving of 4 Rolls + Dipping Sauce
