Directions
THIS IS A CROCKPOT RECIPE
In the crockpot add meat, beans, onion, tomato sauce and paste, stock, garlic and spices. Stir thoroughly. Turn on Crockpot to High. Let cook for 6 hours, watching moisture level, if it starts to dry, add hot water. I sometimes turn it down to low if I am going to be out for a few minutes, then turn it back up, it still is done in 6 hours.
Serving Size: makes 4 servings.
