Ingredients

    1 spray cooking spray
    2/3 cup all purpose flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup sugar(instead I use 1/4 cup plus 2 TBSP of Splenda Sugar Blend)
    3 TBSP of Canola Oil (Instead I use 3 TBSP of unsweetened applesauce)
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp table salt
    1/2 cup fat free egg substitute
    3 medium bananas, ripe, peeled and mashed
    1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Tips

Add cranberries or chocolate tips if you want to shake it up.


Directions

Supposed to mix the dry ingredients and then slowly mix into the wet (first mix the oil and sugar), but I throw everything in the kitchen aid mixer including the whole bananas and it seems to work fine. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Serving Size: Makes 8 good size slices
