Introduction

Ingredients

    3/4 c&h light stevia sugar blend
    1C Whole Wheat Flour
    1/4C Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1T Wheat Germ
    1 large Egg
    1C Milk, nonfat
    3T cinnamon Applesauce, sweetened
    1C Walnuts, chopped
    1C mashed Banana
    3.5t Baking Powder
    3/4t Salt
    1t Cinnamon, ground
    1 1/4 C white Flour

Directions

Mix wet ingredients and sugar and banana, then combine dry ingredients and blend it all for ~1 minute on medium setting. Add to greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for ~50 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 12 ~1 inch thick pieces
