Ingredients

0.25 cup sesame seeds
0.75 cup sunflower seeds
0.25 cup tap water
rock salt
Tips
Sprinkle with rock salt when cooled or combine some dried herbs at the wet dough stage.
Directions
pulse seeds in a grinder to a fine powder (meal).
Add a bit of water at a time to pull all the powder(meal)to a dough.
Put a sheet of greaseproof paper on your baking tray and put the dough on top. Lay another sheet of greaseproof on top of the dough and begin to roll out the dough using a rolling pin. (between the two sheets of greaseproof paper. Roll until about 3 mm thin. Peel the top sheet of paper off and tidy the edges of the crackers and cut out a grid to form the 20 crackers, leaving them still in place on the bottom sheet of paper. Now bake in a pre heated oven 350d deg C for about 15 minutes.
Cool, then gently break off each cracker from the paper backing.
Serving Size: Makes 20 crackers 1.5x 2.5 inch
