Introduction

Combination of Spirutein protein shake and Australian Egg Flip beverage. Combination of Spirutein protein shake and Australian Egg Flip beverage.

Ingredients

    1 cup milk
    1 fresh, raw egg
    1 scoop vanilla Spirutein powder
    1/2 medium-sized banana, frozen
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Tips

If banana is not frozen, add 3 or 4 ice cubes.


Directions

In blender:
Add 1c milk, 1 scoop vanilla Spirutein powder, 1 fresh raw egg, 1/2 medium sized banana (frozen is best), 1/4tsp vanilla extract.

Whip until frothy and banana is mixed.
