Ingredients

    Potatoes-frozen O'Brien style
    Ham, extra lean, cubed (I use Farmland cubed Ham-full package)
    Campbell's Cream of Potato Soup-2 cans
    Cabot 50% reduced fat shredded cheese
    Oikos Greek Yogurt, non-fat

Tips

I originally used light Sour Cream but switched to yogurt for the extra protein, but sour cream works nicely too.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Transfer to a casserole dish (Spray the dish with cooking
spray first)
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30-40 minutes, or until everything is heated through.
