Ingredients

    4 Tomatoes (Roma)
    1 Cucumber
    1 Red Onion
    2 Tbsp. Olive Oli
    2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
    1/4 cup Feta, crumbled (optional)

Tips

Can be made vegan by omitting feta cheese.


Directions

Cut tomato and cucumber into bite-sized chunks, and thinly slice red onion. Combine with olive oil, vinegar, and feta (opitonal). Let sit for at least 15 min. before serving.
