something I made with leftovers... it was really good! something I made with leftovers... it was really good!

Ingredients

    3 slices Bacon
    3 tbsp diced onion
    3 small zucchinis sliced
    2 large mushrooms sliced
    1/2 head cabbage chopped
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Directions

in a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon from pan and place on paper towels to drain. Drain pan, reserving 2 tbsp of bacon grease. Add onions and cook until translucent. Add zucchini and mushrooms, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cabbage, stir and cook until cabbage is soft. season with salt, peper and garlic powder to your taste. Remove from heat, crumble bacon over top and serve.
