Ingredients

    2 T miso
    1/2 white wine vinegar
    1-1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
    fresh lemon juice if you have a lemon just squeeze a tablespoon in.
    Fresh herbs if you like. I add fresh thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
    can add garlic powder or fresh garlic if you like

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend

Serving Size: makes 1/2 cup salad dressing
