Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 lb Beef,Bottom Round (Can substitute for turkey, Chicken, or Pork)
    1 cup Barbque sauce( I used regular made by Stubbs, you can substitute for a healthier version)
    2 Stalks of celery,Chopped
    half of a med onion, Chopped
    2 cubes of Beef Bouillion
    5 cups of water( more or Less)

Directions

In a good sized pot put chopped celery and Onion.Then Place roast in unheated pot, season with choice of seasonings. Place 2 bouillion cubes in 2 cups of of Hot Water, Disslove the cubes then Pour over roast and veggies. Put roast and veggies on med low heat on burner and cover. Peep in once and a while to make sure there is enough water in pot. Ever time you check, if water is evaporated add a cup or so. Do not add to much water, this is not a soup. the roast is done when you can shred it apart with a fork. Cooking times may vary, The slower the better. After done Shred beef and add barbque sauce. Serve on bun or eat like is. Can also be done In a slow cooker, just make sure there is enough water to cook meat through out with out drying out. Serves 8 with half cup servings
