Place 2 bouillion cubes in 2 cups of of Hot Water, Disslove the cubes then Pour over roast and veggies. Put roast and veggies on med low heat on burner and cover. Peep in once and a while to make sure there is enough water in pot. Ever time you check, if water is evaporated add a cup or so. Do not add to much water, this is not a soup. the roast is done when you can shred it apart with a fork. Cooking times may vary, The slower the better. After done Shred beef and add barbque sauce.
