    1lb 93% lean ground beef
    1 egg
    2 slices 12 grain bread
    Spices of your choosing


Crumble/grind bread in food processor to make bread crumbs. Combine ground beef, egg, & bread crumbs, adding spices of your choosing.

Form into ping-pong sized balls. Place on cookie sheet & bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Meatballs can then be flash frozen (freeze on the pan, remove from pan when frozen & place in freezer bag - this keeps them individual meatballs and they don't stick together) or added to marinara sauce for pasta or meatball subs.

Yields 30 meatballs: 10 servings of 3 meatballs each.
