Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can of Refried Beans
    1 tin of Italian Tomatoes (800gms)
    1 chopped Onion
    1 Garlic glove, crushed
    1 pkt of El Paso Taco spice mix
    500g Lean Beef Mince
    1 cup of shredded tasty cheese

Tips

For vegetarian, don't add the meat and add some other optional vege's


Directions

Saute onion with garlic and add mince and brown. Add taco spice. Combine and cook for 1-2min. Add all other ingredients and and cook on low-medium heat for 30min.

Eat with rice
