This satisfying soup can be made in about 10 minutes flat, and is very tasty! This satisfying soup can be made in about 10 minutes flat, and is very tasty!
Number of Servings: 4


    Onions, raw, 1 large - roughly chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves - roughly chopped
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 canBasil, .5 tbsp
    Bread - Multigrain Toast Slice, 1 slice
    Sugar, 1 tsp
    Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp


Make sure you use an appropriate sugar if serving this to vegans (not all white sugar is suitable).
Add an extra slice of bread if you want a thicker soup.


Put all ingredients apart from sugar and balsamic into a food processor and blitz until fairly smooth.

Put in a saucepan, and heat gently, stirring constantly so the bread doesn't catch.

Just before serving, stir in sugar then add the balsamic.

Serving Size: 4 1 & 1/2 cup servings
